Each Saturday there is a wonderful market and there is also a flea market each week, which is fascinating. There are plenty of good eating places and shops to browse around. The Toulouse Lautrec Museum, exhibiting over 200 paintings & 600 other examples of the artists' work, is also just a few steps away. Castelnau de Lévis
(10 minutes drive) A 13th century fortified village, castle ruins and a watch tower, 50 metres tall, overlooking the Albi plain. Try the superb restaurant called La Taverne, or experience one of the best pizzas you have ever had at Caramel - a relaxed meal in friendly, family surroundings. Also the owners have now opened up another restaurant on the lower ground floor called "Le Refuge" - this is excellent as well.     Link to site
